Considering the change of pace in lifestyle that has taken place due to COVID-19, Project Wellness Events is excited to present “Do It For You” - an event that’s all about bringing wellness to the forefront of the participants’ lives.

Join us for an evening dedicated to health and wellness through several fun activities! With a professionally led workout and yoga/cool down sessions, as well as a raffle to win some amazing prizes, Do It For You is a great opportunity to pause from the everyday routine and dedicate time to focus on your own health individually or with family and friends virtually.

All funds raised from this event will support DIFD - a youth driven movement that creates an open dialogue about youth mental health.
